AERATION: Removes cores of dirt from the lawn, this allows water, air and nutrients to access the roots. This will also break up thatch and loosen the soil. DETHATCHING: Mechanically removes dead grass known as thatch that has built up close to the soil. FERTILIZER: We apply our commercial lawn fertilizer in the spring, early summer, late summer and fall. Fertilizer gives turf essential nutrients that help it grow thick and resist environmental stresses, weeds and pests.
seeding: We apply an even coat of lawn seed to the entire lawn. Depending on the condition of the lawn this service may be required more than once and can also be combined with our top dressing service.
